Grid Pad 15 is a fully featured communication aid designed for independence, with a Remote Power Button, Antimicrobial casing and screen, built in stand and 15.6" display and rear-facing second screen.
With a 14-hour battery life, integrated speakers, rugged design and multiple access options, it's one of the most flexible solutions for people with complex access and communication needs.
Note the eye gaze camera is not included with the Grid Pad unit, but is an optional add-on.

High spec computer
Grid Pad 15 has a fast i5 Intel processor, 8GB RAM and a 256 GB solid state hard drive. Perfect for communicating quickly, running complex grid sets with lots of cells and using Computer Control.
Full colour second screen
The second screen means you can display your message on the rear of the device, improving communication in a range of environments and situations.
Antimicrobial technology
Grid Pad 15 is built with an antimicrobial casing and screen to inhibit the growth of bacteria and spread of viruses. The Sanitized® technology embedded within the device helps to keep it cleaner for longer - perfect for clinical settings.
This material has not yet been tested on COVID-19, however it has been successfully tested against similar viruses including Influenza, Avian flu and SARS.
Designed for all access
Works with all access methods, including touch, eye gaze, switch input and any other type of USB access devices such as joystick, trackball, SmartNAV or Quha Zono head mouse.
Switch and USB devices
There are two built-in ports for switches, and two USB ports to use with any other type of alternative access, such as a joystick, trackball, HeadMouse Nano or Quha Zono.
Auditory feedback
The headphone socket can be used for auditory feedback, useful for people with visual impairment. In Grid 3, this enables you to hear what a cell will say before you choose to select it.

Optional eye gaze
A custom built eye gaze camera unit can be attached to the bottom of the Grid Pad. It fits both the and Irisbond Duo camera. With eye gaze mounting plates, you can use other cameras as well.
